Introduction: Direct current (DC) stimulation is widely used to modulate cognitive functions and
behaviors in human and animals. It also was shown that DC promotes stem cell migration
and regeneration. Our experiments were designed to test the effect of DC stimulation
on migration, length and thickness of the axons in the primary cerebellar mixed neuronal
culture.
